There are a variety of exams that one has to clear to obtain PG degree from abroad. Also getting a scholarship is not easy as it depends on the marks obtained in the exams. I wanted to get a master's degree from the US without giving of these exams but I knew about no other alternatives. Both the exams are suitable for doing MS abroad, TOEFL is basically an English exam which requires very little practice and can be cleared easily. GRE requires a good amount of practice and there are different sections that you need to clear. However, if you are stuck and feel that it will difficult for you to clear any of the exams then there is nothing to worry about. Selection Process for (LSEF)-Mass Scholarship programme started by JK Lakshmipat University is as follows- 1-Submit an Expression of Interest. 2-Candidates will receive an invitation to complete and submit an online application form along with all requirements including a statement of purpose and recommendation letters. 3-Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an aptitude assessment and personal interview with the selection committee comprising of LSEF and Mass Amherst representatives. *Selections will be made on rolling basis in each round and there are only limited number of scholarships. Therefore, early application is encouraged.
