Hi Gajanan,
NIOS won't be a problem for you to pursue higher studies abroad. But there are certain requirements like taking a certain number of subjects for the 11th and 12th. Also you may inquire @ the university regarding the course structure of your preference, fees, etc.
All the best.

While agreeing with Chetna, I may add that you have to verify from time to time where you stand in competition.

Hi Chaitali,
IELTS is basically a British test, if you have applied for an institute in British Commonwealth then go for IELTS else you can take up TOEFL which is also widely accepted. As far as I know, TOEFL is accepted in Ireland.

Hi,
No top university will admit you without a GMAT or GRE score. You can reattempt the GRE if the score is not high enough. Typically a score above 310 in GRE and above 650 in GMAT is average. Also remember if you have an excellent profile, brilliant recommendation letters, career growth etc. You may still be accepted with slightly lower test scores, universities check applications holistically.

Hi Krish,
It is difficult to find a MS Electronics Engineering in Canada, you will find closely related and subset programs. You can apply to top tier universities without a doubt. University of Alberta, University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, McGill University etc. Would be suggested. GRE is not mandatory but I think University of Toronto and Alberta requires but also depends on the programme. You can also check Ryerson University, their programs are quite innovative.

Check University of Texas at Dallas, John Hopkins University, Indiana University (Kelly), University of Southern California, Boston University, University of Washington-Seattle Campus, Missouri University of Science and Technology, Drexel University and more.
