Hello Raghavendra,
In this case, they won't be top universities but bottom or mediocre universities. Either, you can check universities in countries like Finland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Greece etc. These are not the very top most countries but affordable. There is no guarantee moreover that they won't require any of these tests. Or you can check university pathway programs in Canada, Australia and New Zealand which can give you admission. Hello Rakesh,
I did not understand your question, universities won't give you GRE or TOEFL preparation and how good you perform in your GRE or TOEFL won't depend on the university.

You would be getting the report cards from your school. Just make sure the university you are applying might ask for a character certificate and an affidavit from your school, so make sure you get it as well.

American Universities don't see only SAT and TOEFL scores. They are interested in whole personality. They see your academic record, extracurricular activities, essay SAT and TOEFL score. You have to do your best in all in these factor.

No, it is not compulsory to take TOEFL or IELTS. They only ask you to submit the score of one of these exam. If you don't want to take, then it's okay.

You can take the official guide for SAT and TOEFL. Also, you can do official SAT practice in Khan Academy. You can do TOEFL preparation on edx app.
