Hi Prishita Gupta,
These are entrance exams to meet the English language requirements. You don't have to give both. Just one of them. You can check college websites to see the preferences and score requirements. You must register for these tests on their official websites. See here:

Hi,
You may. Applying to top ones will be challenging. Since your academics are moderate you have to prepare a very strong SOP and demonstrate your extracurriculars as well. LORs from your professors must be unique too.

GRE is definitely mandatory for admission in most universities for a course in MS. However, TOEFL is a language proficiency test and is not required if the medium of instruction was English in your school. However, it is always best to check for admission requirements of the school you are interested in, as admission requirements may vary from institute to institute. Please refer to the link provided below for an exhaustive list of colleges which offer courses in MS in US.

Hi Kuldeep,
TOEFL has four sections namely reading, writing, listening and speaking. There is no particular subject or syllabus you need to refer to. It is all about practice. Refer to TOEFL books and downloadable materials and practice improving your comprehension, paraphrasing passages etc. Read short articles, news, journals regularly. Get yourself acquainted to reading and answering questions on a computer, hence it is important to take regular practice tests.
Practice or mock tests will also help you understand your current level of improvement and areas you have to improve on. Check the ets.or/TOEFL website and check for sample and

For Australia and New Zealand, it's enough. Some universities accept IELTS or Tofel. GMAT is not required, but for some universities GMAT is mandatory.

Both are okay but you must see the demand for the particular university you wish to apply to. It depends.
