They will consider you if you clear your SAT and TOEFL. If you are confused you can apply towards what is called and undeclared major in USA. You can apply to a Bachelor's degree but not declaring any specific concentration or specialization. You can later choose after you have explored the courses, subjects and also you will know your aptitude an interest. This will also depend on your test scores and academic performance. For SAT and ACT: It depends on your proficiency and your target score. If you are aiming for the top 10 percentile and also are quite proficient already, then spend 3 hours for 2 weeks solving papers and revision. If you have just started preparing, then spend 2 hours for 3 months to gain good understanding of the test pattern and to do well.

If you want to study abroad then you need to specify or mention which country you want to study in. In USA SAT or ACT is compulsory while it may not be required for many other countries.

There is no MBBS in USA, one must apply for a Bachelor's degree first with biology major. After you complete your Bachelor's degree you must take the MCAT. You can study medicine only after you clear the MCAT with good numbers. For Bachelor's degree in USA you must take the SAT and TOEFL.
