The students can go to these universities through an international credit transfer programme, semester abroad, for summer school or for a degree abroad. LPU has a separate Division of International affairs which facilitates this. Credit Transfer programme: International credit transfer programs allow students to move to a foreign partner university after spending generally half of the programme duration at LPU. In such a case a student gets the final degree from the foreign partner university. It is extremely cost-effective because you start the degree at LPU and save by paying only two-year fees or one-year fees of the foreign partner university. Semester Exchange programme: In the semester exchange programme, students get an opportunity to study a full semester at our partner universities around the world and finish their degree at LPU. From living in a foreign country with a different cultural setting to staying with foreigners, a semester abroad is like getting an international education in 5 months. Summer/Winter Study Abroad programme: These programs generally happen in the summer vacations or winter vacations of the academic year. A summer/winter study programme offers courses, both academic and non-academic. Students can have the best of both worlds, international exposure without disturbing their academic schedule.
