If your son is interesting in doing hotel management courses, Than National Council For Hotel Management
And Catering Technology ( An Autonomous Body Under Ministry of Tourism, government. Of India) offers the B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA) course can be the best option for him. The B.Sc HHA course is 3 years of duration course and teaches in leading IHMs of NCHMCT. The admissions for B.Sc HHA course are based on ranks obtained in NCHM JEE conducted by NTA. The eligibility criteria of NCHM JEE is 10+2 in any stream.

As per the information that I had got from one of my friends who studies there, it is a course where one gets a chance to get both practical and theoretical knowledge and exposure.
