Diploma, Bachelor degree, and Masters degree in Tourism. There are many institutes which provide Bachelors and master degree in tourism. IITTM is the institute which provides tourism courses. Apart from IITTM, IGNOU also provides tourism course. The fee structure of IITTM is very costly. The fee of IGNOU is very less. The fee in IITTM is 80,000 per semester excluding hostel fee and other expenses. The total fee from IGNOU is 12000. The starting salary of the people who are working in tourism industry is 15000 to 20000.
15000 is minimum

Hi Shrijal,
B.Voc is a very new concept in India and still the Universities are in testing mode as multiple entry and exit points was not prevailing earlier. There are UGC mandates to look into it for every university but still, the acceptance is not fully there in the market. I would suggest to go for BHM or B.Sc in Hospitality/ Hotel management.
You can also visit UEI Global for admission, visit:

Sourabh BiliangadiAm pursuing my MBA in travel and tourism.

Hello Kumar,
There is no such minimum mark criteria to take admission in the Gwalior campus. If you have performed well in IAT exam then GD/PI is the key to get into the campus. But you should make your firm choice in front of the interviewer at GD/PI so that they will mark your preference as Gwalior. I hope the results are out on the website of IITTM, go and see them.

Hello Ajay,
Tourism has excellent scope. Anything can stop by the time of machine but not tourism. In India, it is the only booming sector that is going to be huge. IITTM has its own brand name outside when you go out of the college. Placements are pretty good enough. More than 90% students are placed every year. Average salary is calculated upto 1.5 lakhs (as per 2018).
