Fee depends on whether you want to study UG or PG and which specific county outside India. You can check these links for some details. Scholarships outside India are given on merit and full scholarship is very rare for international students unless you are extraordinarily brilliant. Once you complete your B.Com, you get multiple options to study ahead like, you can do CA, MBA, M.Com. For completion of CA, you need to give 3 examinations and for MBA, you are ought to appear for entrance examinations like CAT, CMAT, CET, XAT, etc. So, the decision is on you which field you want to opt for. First of all, you should pursue a degree in journalism and mass communication.
