Candidates should be above 18 and below 20 years of age, as on 15th August, of the year of joining the Programme. Clear pass in Class XII as on 1st July, of the year of joining, from a Board recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India.The programmes requires a Class X English score of 70% or above. The equivalent in CBSE is a B2 Grade or a 7 Grade Point or above.

To become a motivational speaker and inspire people is a great way to touch people's lives and help them. I'd suggest you a few things:
1. Do a lot of online reading, YouTube exploring and enrolling.
2. If you want to enroll in one of the soft skill training or life coaching programme such as an NLP programme.
3. Start working on it. You could volunteer with schools and universities or at NGOs, with family and friends. It helps to practice and correct oneself.
4. Apply for the opportunities via training institutes in the city or on job websites to do motivational speeches officially.

Generally, as far as the basic qualification is considered, a Bachelor degree is good to have or of course more if you do like. As far as percentage cut off is concerned, it could vary from company to company. The course background could be an MBA, BE, B.com/BBM/BA etc. It is not necessarily a must to have certain background only. However, the education background helps to assure the recruiters that you have a thorough skill set and specialisation in a certain area.
