Hi,
It depends on your abilities and what you want to improve in. If it is technical, then why not choose some core workshops for the subjects related to your course.
You can choose some programming languages or data analytics course which could influence your job search process. Ask yourself if you want to improve your chances in job search and then take up the relevant course accordingly and invest time and energy accordingly.

Human resources is surely an area that involves training and development. So, yes indeed you are eligible to go for it. I would also suggest you to be a certified trainer in say soft skills especially so business communication and leadership, development and all. You can then feel the field much closer since you yourself are into it. You can explore not only internal training and development programs but also client level training and development delivery and management in any organisation. That way, your reach and growth both will be rapid.

Hi,
I believe you are talking about personality development training?
1. Look for the opportunities through your acquaintances.
2. You can visit training institutes in the city that you live in, take up an interview, give a demo and generally they call you back for training opportunities in colleges and universities
3. Keep your profile update on job websites and LinkedIn. I personally know that you do get call backs. You could also keep a regular check.

To become a motivational speaker and inspire people is a great way to touch people's lives and help them. I'd suggest you a few things:
1. Do a lot of online reading, YouTube exploring and enrolling.
2. If you want to enroll in one of the soft skill training or life coaching programme such as an NLP programme.
3. Start working on it. You could volunteer with schools and universities or at NGOs, with family and friends. It helps to practice and correct oneself.
4. Apply for the opportunities via training institutes in the city or on job websites to do motivational speeches officially.

Generally, as far as the basic qualification is considered, a Bachelor degree is good to have or of course more if you do like. As far as percentage cut off is concerned, it could vary from company to company. The course background could be an MBA, BE, B.com/BBM/BA etc. It is not necessarily a must to have certain background only. However, the education background helps to assure the recruiters that you have a thorough skill set and specialisation in a certain area. If that area of interest is what their company can relate to, then nothing like it. Good experience in actual training and development will prove much more beneficial. Some
