Logistics and Supply Chains are not something you should learn through distance mode and particularly, if you want to do an MBA, distance mode does not give you that much of a learning, as an aspirant of MBA expects. So, I suggest that you should take standard MBA entrances and get into some decent B-School and learn the things at first hand.

Being a student of IISWBM, you must have got a good opportunity in transportation and logistics sector. I am sure you will know the pros and cons of the course as most of the campussing is done during the course of transportation and logistics in IISWBM. The prospect is good.

Nowadays, MBA colleges offer logistics and SCM and according to the current market scenario. The demand is going to increase soon by 35%. So it would be better if you opt for logistics rather than IB.
