IIITs are a good option for M.Tech aspirants. GATE is the exam which is to be given.

As per my choice, M.S Ramaiah University is a better option for M.Tech Transportation Engineering. The infrastructure of the college is good and you will get decent placements. So all the best for future.

Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects:

Yes, you can get admission in M.Tech in transportation engineering through management quota but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities.
