If you do MS in Transportation engineering in Canada and gain few years before seeking job in India, you will get good salary job easily. If you return to India as a fresher after MS then you may face challenges to find a good job because freshers recruitment by good companies is mostly via campus placement.

Dear Rajnik, you should be applying this yesr. If you haven't taken the GRE do so by August or September, application rounds generally open after September and ends by Dec. keep checking university websites for the deadlines and apply early.

Hi , check University of British Columbia but 60% is a low score for this university but check the entry requirements. Also University of Windsor could be a good bet. Mostly you will find transportation engineering as a specialization in MS Civil Engineering programs so search accordingly.
