You can look for Guglielmo Marconi University for Master in International Hospitality and Tourism, This is Italy's University, If you enroll directly in the university then your fee will be around 4000 EURO but if you enroll through DLP India then your fee will be 2950 EURO. Fee depends on whether you want to study UG or PG and which specific county outside India. You can check these links for some details. Scholarships outside India are given on merit and full scholarship is very rare for international students unless you are extraordinarily brilliant. For Indian schools too, you have to a very bright student but check details on institute websites:
