OU is a government funded university whereas CBIT is not. Culture in OU is different to that of CBIT.
I think OU is better for placements and other stuff.

If you are looking for admission in engineering courses in Osmania University, you will have to clear the EAMCET exam. Applicants should be a citizen of India to be eligible.
Eligibility criteria for EAMCET is mentioned below:
Passed in their Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognised university is eligible.
Applicants who are appearing for the final year or waiting for the results are also eligible only if they have taken physics, mathematics and chemistry/ biolo
