In case, you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. It's slightly difficult to get CSE but you can apply. You can try for other branches like IT or ECE as well.
You can easily get EEE or Mech or Civil.
