If you are not satisfied with the seat, you got in the first counselling. Then, you must go for the 2nd counselling. Otherwise, you will continue with your seat.

It's slightly difficult to get CSE but you can apply. You can try for other branches like IT or ECE as well.
You can easily get EEE or Mech or Civil.
