EAMCET counselling is going to begin shortly. It will definitely be online. But some aspects have to be physical like documents verification. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this:

Congratulations, you have got a good rank.
But expecting into Osmania University or JNTUH for CSE, ECE, EEE and IT with that rank is not possible. But you can still try as there are people who leave the seats if they go for IIT's or NIT' s so do try. But if you are interested for other branches.
Like bio tech, chemical, civil them there are chances for you to land into JNTUH. Try other colleges (private) for your interested branches, which have their placements and faculty members as good as JNTUH, like CBIT, Vasavi, VNR Vignan, Gokaraju Rangaraju, SreeNidhi, BVRIT, MGIT, etc. If you would like to go, then give it a try. , According
