But if you get seat in the JOSSA counselling, then you have to cancel the seat of TS EAMCET before the deadline date for cancelling seat.

If any student misses counselling, it's assumed that he was not interested. However, if you could not take part due to things out of your control then you may approach the administrator for possible relief.

There is no quota for minorities. However institutions formed under minorities act are allowed to enroll 50% students from their community. Your JEE Mains rank is a bit low but I feel you have great chance of getting admission in MJ Engineering College.
