But fundamentally if you study well with intention of understanding subjects in your 11th & 12th then believe me, you can crack any exam without any extra coaching. Best wishes to you.

Firstly you must study sincerely. Candidates must prepare timetable which must include time for exercise and entertainment besides of course studies. Be attentive in your classes in school or college wherever you are doing 12th. Try to take as many TS EAMCET mock test as possible.
