Yes, physical presence is usually required for Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TSEdCET) counselling rounds. However, many exam bodies even conduct e-counselling however candidates are advised to keep checking the official website - edcet.tsche.ac.in for specific instructions regarding venue, date, and time.

For it, you can submit a copy of 9th class certificate on bonafied letter of your school which is duly signed by principal of the school.

Without degree certificates, it won't be possible to attend the counselling. You need to have your documents with you at the time of counselling.

As of now, the counselling of TSEdCET have not been announced yet. Only the results are announced, so you may have to wait.
