Yes, it is mandatory for all candidates to attend the document verification round as part of the TSICET counselling process. TSICET option entryrefers to the process under the Telangana MBA counselling in which TSICET qualified candidates fill in their choice of colleges and courses in order of preference. The option entry process is a crucial step in the TSICET counselling process and determines the course and college that a candidate will be allotted based on their rank, category, availability of seats, etc. Candidates who get their documents verified after the counselling registration are allowed to participate in the TSICET option entry process. The TSICET option entry process can be completed online by following the steps below:
1. Log in to the official counselling website using registration number, TSICET hall ticket number, and date of birth.
2. Select the college and course, in order of preference, from the list of available options.
3. Save and submit the options, followed by taking a printout of these options for future reference. Candidates need to note that the option entry process is a key step in the TSICET counselling, and candidates must fill their choices carefully in order of preference. The allotment of seats will be done based on the merit, category, and preferences entered by the candidate.

Candidates who fulfil the above eligibility criteria can participate in TSICET counselling process. Such candidates can apply for admission to various MBA and MCA courses offered by colleges in Telangana via the centralised counselling process.

Candidates qualified for the TSICET counselling must follow the steps below to complete the counselling registration:
1. Visit the official website of TSICET counselling.
2. Click on the button reading 'New Registration'
3. Fill in the TSICET registration number, hall ticket number and date of birth.
4. Several details are prefilled from the TSICET form, including personal and academic details in the registration form.
5. Upload photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
6. Pay the counselling fee via the available payment modes. After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates must then proceed for the Certificate verification. After verifying the Certificate candidates will be able to participate in the option entry process.

The primary aim of the normalisation of marks in the TSICET examination process is to ensure that all students are evaluated on a similar scale. TSICET score normalisation guarantees that no test taker gets an advantage or a disadvantage due to multiple exam shifts. TSICET normalisation process brings all the test takers, across shifts, on a comparative scale. Since there are different Sets of questions in each shift, test takers who appeared in a shift with an easy set of questions may get their scores reduced after normalisation. Similarly, test takers who appeared in a difficult exam shift of TSICET may get their score improved from the raw score after normalisation. The difficulty standards of each session are evaluated based on the average performance of the test takers in a particular exam shift.

TSICET rank is allotted based on the normalised scores of the test takers. However, there can be cases when scores of two or more test takers are similar. In such cases, Kakatiya University will allot the TSICET rank by following the below mentioned chronological process -
1. First preference will be given to the test takers with a higher score in section A of TSICET exam.
2. In case the candidates have an equal score in section A, then the candidate with higher marks in section B will be preferred for rank allotment.
3. If the tie persists after considering the scores in Section A and B, TSCHE considers the age of the two candidates. The candidate who is older in age will get the TSICET rank preference.
