Dear Muskan,
Once the counselling schedule is announced in prominent newspapers, the candidates will have to attend for registration, verification of certificates and schedule for exercising. Candidates who fail to report for registration and certificates verification will not be considered for allotment of seats in any of the colleges. Regards.

Go to counselling website and put in your rank to see which college accepts your rank and get counselled accordingly, so you will 100% sure about which college you will get with the rank you've got. Moreover all MBA colleges except B-schools in Telangana will accept TSICET ranking but only after you get counselling done.

Yes, get yourself counselled at the required centre for TSICET counselling, then they'll give you the list of colleges that you are eligible to get a seat for MBA.

Surely, if you have got Badruka College in TSICET counselling, then you'll get 100% seat in that college. Otherwise, if you're not fulfilling the eligible criteria such as required rank for the respective college and things such as caste, reservation quota. So on, there might not be a chance.

If you had paid the counselling fee, and you have got a login id and password to log into the ICET website, then through messages they'll let you know about the dates of counselling of respective rank and they'll update in the website too.

I would suggest that you get TSICET counselling firstly, so that you can have an advantage directly when selecting colleges, instead if you go directly to colleges without getting counselled, even though if you're eligible for the seat for the college or not you won't know and will be having confusion while selecting good MBA colleges. But for a rough guess I would say for 22000 rank and if you're not OC then you may get MBA colleges like Aurora, Swami Vivekananda, or Little flower etc.

You will get a seat surely in those colleges, but you may not get a completely free seat, it may be management quota or some amount of concessions in fees. I would suggest that you get counselling for TSICET and if it turns up good then you can try Bhavans or Loyola College. I'm saying this cause I got TSICET 706 rank, but went to do MBA in a B school instead.
