Hi Manan, I think any institution's value is primarily determined by its students. BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus is a good choice for those who weren't able to get into tier-1 and tier - 2 engineering colleges of India. Moreover, BITS has its flagship course as B.E in CSE which is at par with the IITs. The only institute where admissions are purely done on Merit, BITS has its own eminence. Like all the other campuses, Dubai Campus is not only good in infrastructure, pedagogy, facilities, labs but also the campus is good for peer to peer learning and competitive environment. Hi, Dubai is not the most conventional destination for MBA but getting popular. Besides they have a number of foreign university campuses. You might as well check popular options and more liberal and open countries.

Hi Vishakha,
The degree awarded at Manipal University, Dubai, is of Manipal University, Manipal, India. So, if a degree is your primary objective rather than exposure to relevant learning environments, then it would be the same degree you probably would earn. In Manipal-Dubai, all you need for admission is 50% marks. The faculty is less than satisfactory. At the same time, you need to be aware of the fact that both the colleges don't offer a lot of on-campus placements and finding a job is not easy in UAE, many students moved back to India. So, I think you should go for Manipal University, India.
