Hello Shahid,
It all depends on the company which is recruiting the students. If there are any vacancies available in the UAE, then only they will post you there. No one, except the company, can tell you about that. Coming to the package, it again depends upon the job profile offered. Higher the post, higher the salary offered.

UAE does not have any top colleges for MBA but SP Jain has a campus over there. To do MBA, first you need to have a flair in English communication skills and without that neither you can get admission in MBA nor a job. You have asked multiple questions and all questions end for a job in Dubai. Dubai has a demand for skilled workforce and not for freshers unless you are related to healthcare segment. The course fee is 38 Lacs and the average salary you will get is 13 Lacs per year.

Most of the colleges abroad do not have the concept of placement as in India. They just guide you and schedule few interviews for you.

PGDM is an autonomous programme which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a programme which is affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM not MBA.
Typically, if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1 year PGDM will not be equal to an MBA course.
Even IIMs and XLRIs don't offer MBA degrees as they only give PGP Diploma or PGDM since they are autonomous and independent bodies.
Always see college's reputation and placement record instead of MBA and PGDM programme.

Hi Shahid,
This question can be best answered by none other than you. Decide what kind of job you want to do and then choose what to study. To get a good job you must study hard and qualify irrespective of the field.
