CA job prospects are very good in Dubai. ICAI has it's a Dubai Chapter so and this is a plus point. CA salaries are is quite high. Having work experience will help you gain better salary and negotiate because quite obviously you have the experience and skills. This is a very simple logic. For more information check this:

To study MBA in India, take the CAT or MAT. For Dubai, you need to visit university websites as different universities have different requirements. Also in Dubai, many foreign universities have their branches offering MBA. Work experience is preferred, additionally they may ask for GRE or GMAT. IELTS is okay but check university requirements.
