I am not too sure if I can insert every detail here. Admission requirements differs with universities and countries. Most universities require not more than two backlogs per sem.If you have a backlog Germany will be impossible as academic records is the most important factor. Improving your grades considerably if you have backlogs is crucial.

Job requirement varies with organization. Normally, a diploma in civil engineering with more than 5 years of work experience is required by many. There are other organizations which do not have such criterion explicitly mentioned. You may check leading job portals for details and further information.

You will require a degree in education and a valid teaching license to qualify as a teacher. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or S.A.C.E. are the accepted teacher licenses to teach at UAE. Please read about the licenses online. Prior work experience in teaching is beneficial and at times required.
