The UCEED 2025 scorecard will be valid for a period of one year from the date of its release. The scorecard will be available for downloaded from March 10, 2025 onward. The scorecard will contain the Part A marks for all candidates who appeared in the UCEED 2025 entrance exam. However, Part B, total marks, and merit ranks will be released only for candidates who qualify Part A. Using the UCEED scorecard, the candidate can get admission to B. Des programme offered by participating and result-sharing institutions.

The UCEED question paper will be of 3 hours and include two parts - The computer-based Part A and the offline-based Part B. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in both the paper. Also, Part B paper answer booklets will only be evaluated if the candidate qualifies Part A. IIT Bombay will release the cut-off marks for Part A before the declaration of results. IIT Bombay will declare the results for UCEED 2025 exam on March 7, 2025. The result will be available online at the UCEED 2025 - IIT Bombay admission portal - uceed.iitb.ac.in.To check your results, log into the result portal using your email ID and password. Note that candidates who are assigned a merit rank in UCEED 2025 are eligible to participate in Joint Seat Allotment-cum- counselling process conducted by IIT Bombay. Online registrations for UCEED 2025 counselling 2025 will be open March 14-31, 2025.

Note that the Part B answer booklet will be evaluated only if the candidate qualifies Part A. Further, only such candidates who have qualified Part A will be shortlisted and allocated a merit rank. This means if the candidates fails to qualify Part A of UCEED 2025, they will not be issued any merit ranks. The scorecards of such candidates will merely includes Part A scores. In contrast, the screcards of shortlisted will include a merit rank, total and sectional scores. Further, all shortlisted candidates will be eligible to participate in UCEED 2025 and seat allotment.

To appear in the UCEED 2024 exam, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:Age limit: The candidate must be born on or after October 1, 1999. In the case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories, there is a relaxation of 5 years.Number of attempts - A candidate is allowed to appear in UCEED exam for a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years.Academic requirements - The candidate must have passed 10+2 exam in 2023. Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in the exam year may also apply. Also, note that students from all streams are eligible for UCEED 2024.

The ideal time to start preparing for UCEED 2024 is 6-8 months before the exam. This will give you enough time to cover the syllabus, practice solving questions, and take mock tests. However, if you have a strong foundation in the basics, you can start preparing earlier.

The UCEED 2024 exam is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in the fourth week of January 2024, with exam timings around 9 am to 12 noon. The exact date and timings will be communicated in the admission notification. Complete information regarding the UCEED 2024 exam, such as the pattern, eligibility criteria, syllabus, etc., will be provided on the exam portal. Additionally, IIT Bombay will introduce a new website upon release of the exam notification. The UCEED 2024 exam will consist of two compulsory parts: computer-based Part A and offline-based Part B.
