Both Indian, as well as foreign nationals, can apply for UCEED 2017. Aspirants meet the eligibility criteria for UCEED 2017 if they fulfill the below-mentioned criteria:
Criteria 1-Age Limit
The candidate should be born on or after October 1, 1997 if they belong to the general or OBC-NCL category. However, aspirants from SC/ST/PwD category should be born on or after October 1, 1992.
Criteria 2 Number of Attempts:
Candidates who meet the UCEED eligibility criteria can attempt the exam for a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years.
Criterion 3 Class XII (or equivalent) examination:
Aspirants should have cleared their class XII (or equivalent) examination in 2016, OR passed/appeared in 2017. Those candidates who have appeared for the first time in their class XII (or equivalent) examination in 2015 or earlier are not eligible to appear for UCEED exam. Candidates from all streams, that is, Arts & Humanities, Science and Commerce are eligible to apply for UCEED exam.
