If someone misses or is absent in internals, then it will affect your marks you will be allowed for the semester don't worry for that just talk to respective teachers and HOD.

If you fail the internal exam then you have to work hard in an external exam to clear the subject. The fewer marks you get in the internal exam, the more marks you need in the external exam.
