Both universities are equally good. Placement, faculty and curriculum are almost the same. However, there is only a difference in the campus facilities. You can take the admission as per your comfort.

If you don't go through IEMJEE, you can take admission through your WEBJEE and JEE Mains exam. This is also possible for this college's admission.

UEM, Kolkata has an impeccable placements record. The students of the institute have got the highest package of 15.5 LPA. In the year 2018, 4 of its students got 4 job offers, 14 of its students were offered 3 job offers each, 48 of its students received 2 job offers and all the other students got atleast one job offer. The Institute also organizes programs like Soft Skill Development Program [SSDP] and Higher Career Training Program [HCTP]. The University of Engineering & Management (UEM) has academic collaboration with these foreign Universities:-
– University of Nevada, Las Vegas
– Brunel University, London
– ESC Rennes School of Business, France
– Iwate Prefectural University, Japan
Students of UEM can stay a semester abroad in these Universities and study in these Universities. They may also go for a month internship in these Universities.
No extra tuition fee is needed for the purpose. Only the students need to bear the cost of flight and subsidized accommodation and food.
