As far as the placements are concerned, the scenario is average, there are companies like ABB, Asian Paints, CMC, Cognizant, GODREJ, HCL, HDFC Bank, Hewlett Packard, Hindustan Unilever, HSBC, IBM, ICICI, Indian Army, Infosys, Wipro, etc but the package offered is average. The placement of UEM, Kolkata is yet to be done because the university was established in 2015 and none of the batches passed from the university till date. But, placement of UEM, Jaipur is good. In 2016, all students of UEM, Jaipur got 1-2 job offers on an average. If someone studies well in UEM then he/she definitely has a good placement opportunity because placements will be done along with IEM. So, UEM students can also get good placement like the students of IEM. Since there is a chance that IEM students will grab more job offers than UEM in joint placement. So, UEM Kolkata will conduct placement twice for their students- 1. Once jointly with IEM and 2. Another placement is only for the students of UEM Kolkata.
