After the UGAT result declaration, candidates should download their scorecards and participate in counseling process as per the schedule. During counseling, they must fill out their course and college preferences based on their rank. Document verification is essential during counseling. After seat allotment, candidates need to pay the admission fee to confirm their admission. Finally, they should report to the allotted institute within the specified date to complete the admission process. This ensures a smooth transition from UGAT result declaration to securing admission in desired undergraduate programmes.

Candidates can choose upto five UGAT test cities according to their preference. Candidates must very carefully select the cities as once the UGAT application form is submitted, they can't change city preference.
