UGC NET exam is conducted in various cities in India. The total number of cities may vary from session to session. The reason why the exam is conducted in various cities is to accommodate a large number of candidates. Typically, the exam is conducted in more than 500 centres all over India. Candidates must refer to the official website for UGC NET notification released by the conducting authority for that specific exam session.
