Those who wish to appear for UGC NET 2023 must follow the certain eligibility criteria:
Age limit:
For Junior Research Fellowship, the maximum age limit is 30 years. There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professor. The candidates belonging to women/ SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ transgender/ PWD category will be provided a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit. The candidates having research experience will also be eligible for relaxation in age depending on the time period they spent on research upto maximum 5 years. Candidates with LL.
