Hello Shalu, According to the UGC norms, the candidates who have completed the post graduation degree with more than 55% marks from recognised university can apply for the exam, The UGC NET exam is organized for the selection of candidates for assistant professor and JRF. The minimum eligibility is post graduation. There is no age limit for the lectureship but the candidates must be below 30 years for the JRF. Hello, The UGC NET Exam is conducted in 81 subjects by the National Testing Agency. Out of these 81 subjects, there is a subject "education" in the UGC NET subjects list. So, if you want to appear in the UGC NET Exam then you are suggested to apply for the UGC NET Education subject. Here you can check the pattern of exam -
There will be two papers in exam I. e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The exam will be held of total 3 hours OF 300 marks. There will be no negative marking. So, this was the pattern of the UGC NET Exam. As per the exam guidelines, candidates who have passed post graduation from UGC Approved University and enrolled in Masters' degree can apply for UGC NET exam. As you have done only graduation degree, so you have to enroll in post graduation course firstly then you can appear for the exam.

Hello, The National Testing Agency had declared the UGC NET June 2019 Result in July month. Recently the Agency has conducted the UGC NET December 2019 Exam from 2nd Dec to 6th Dec 2019. As per the official update, the result will be declared on 31st December 2019. The candidates who qualify the exam and get the certificate will be eligible to apply in various colleges and institutes for lectureship and for Junior Research Fellowship. Hope it helps!
