The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET Exam for Electronic Sciences. To prepare yourself for this exam you have to follow some guidelines. Here you can check some tips to qualify the UGC NET Exam -
As you have chosen the Electronic stream to appear in the NTA NET Exam, firstly download its updated syllabus. The updated syllabus is available on the official website of NTA NET.
After getting the syllabus and starting preparation for the exam, check the complete exam pattern. There are two Papers in the UGC NET Exam I. e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is common for all the UGC NET Subjects whereas the syllabus of Paper 2 will be completely based on Electronic Sciences. You have to give importance to both these papers to qualify the UGC NET Exam. You will have to search best study material for paper 2 as it is hard to get subject wise quality study material. You can get an idea about the important topics from the last few years question papers of UGC NET.

NTA has released the notification which was also wrapped with the CSIR NET exam dates. There is a possibility that CSIR will take not the exam this time. The official NTA notification is wrapped up with the following exam activities:
Exam Mode
Opening and Closing of Application form process
Releasing date Admit card
Exam date
Result date
The exam dated for the above exam activities are:
Exam mode: offline
Opening and Closing of Application form process: 9th September to 9th October 2019
Releasing date Admit card: 9th November 2019
Exam date: 15th December

As per the NTA guidelines, aspirants who have qualified master's degree or are enrolled in the post-graduation, can apply for the exam. So, to appear for the exam, firstly you have to enroll in LL. M. degree. Before applying for the exam make sure you fulfill other requirements also. To appear for the exam, you have to score at least 55% aggregate marks for General/OBC category or 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwD category in the post-graduation. You can appear for the NET exam after completion of a degree or in the qualifying year. If you want to appear for NET JRF then your age must not exceed 30 years. For LLM aspirants the minimum age limit is 33 years. Or if you want to apply for Assistant Professor then you have no need to fulfill this age criteria.
