According to NTA guidelines, aspirants who have Master's degree or are enrolled in the post-graduation can apply for the UGC NET exam. And candidates can apply for the exam with their post-graduation subject or related to that. So, you are eligible to give the exam and you can take the subject, which you have in Master's degree. The upcoming NTA NET exam will be conducted in December 2019. The online application process for same is started from September 2019. Before applying for the exam, make sure you fulfill other requirements also.

Hello,
There are the few steps you need to follow to fill UGC NET 2019 Application Form.
Register online on UGC NET official website filling state, identification type & candidates general information. Now fill the requisite credentials, which includes personal as well as academic information like contact & PG details. Generate the password & security pin. Now, upload the photograph and signature in the proper slot. Pay the FEE online. Candidate must keep the proof that he/she has paid the fee. And, submit the application form. Take the printout for future reference. Hope the information helps.

Hello,
As per the guidelines, which are decided by NTA appearing for UGC NET exam, candidates should have Master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks, if they belong to General/OBC category or minimum 50% aggregate marks if they are from SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category. According to your CGPA, you have scored 69.82% in Master's degree, so you can apply for the NTA NET exam. Aspirants can appear for the exam with the subject which they had in post-graduation or related to that. As per your subject, you can apply for UGC NET Electronic Sciences.
