Oonce you complete your post-graduation from Science stream then you will be eligible to appear for the CSIR NET not UGC NET.
Don't worry if you heard CSIR NET for the first time. It is the exam which is conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) with the same aim as UGC NET.
But the little difference between these two exam is that UGC NET is conducted for non-Science stream in more than 80 subjects and CSIR NET exam is conducted only for Science stream, only in 5 subjects.
As per your plans if you complete your M.Sc. from Chemistry then you can appear for CSIR NET in Chemical Science.

No, you are not bound to do the M.Phil after qualifying the UGC NET. UGC is the exam which is conducted to examine the Post-graduated candidates who wants to become an Assistant professor or a researcher.

The Age limit for the UGC NET Exam is divided into two criteria;

NTA will soon release the UGC NET Admit Card on 27th May 2019. Previously, the officials announced, to release the admit card on 15th May 2019 but for now, they confirmed the postponed date. Candidates can easily download the Admit Card by following the below steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA and select UGC NET. Step 2: Click on the link download admit card
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page
Step 4: Log-in using the registration number
Step 5: You can fetch the admit card easily

For appearing in the NET Exam, it is necessary for a candidate to qualify his post-graduation with 55% of marks (50% for other categories). As you said you are in your 1st year of M.Com. So, do not worry because you can start your preparation from now. You can follow the below link:
