You should go for the stream based upon your interest. Both are good options. Marketing is having more to explore. For Ph.D. programme The eligibility at Lovely Professional University is:
Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to clearing LPU NEST and Interview. If you are UGC/NET qualified then you are exempted from LPU NEST but to avail the maximum scholarship it is advisable to appear in LPU NEST. LPU offers flexible coursework options-
1) Classes on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only)
2) 4 days course work every month (Preferably every second week: Thu-Sun)
3)15 days course work (November

Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET Management exam if you have a Masters degree in the field of Management which means you can select management as the subject for paper 2. You also have to give paper 1 which is common for all subjects and is mainly based on teaching, research, mathematical aptitude and reasoning. Coming to the eligibility, there are certain educational qualification and age limit criteria you need to fulfil in order to appear for the exam such as, 55% marks in master's degree, 30 years of age for JRF (general category).

Admit card is released only for subjects whose exam dates are on or before 1st October. Please wait for the official announcement if your exam date is after 1st Oct.

Admit card has only released for the following dates: 24th Sept-1st Oct
If your subject exam date is after 1st Oct then you should wait otherwise contact the NTA website.
