It is possible to do a PhD without clearing the NET (National Eligibility Test) exam in some cases. Many universities and colleges, including Maharaj Singh College, if affiliated with a recognized university, may have their own entrance exams for PhD admissions. Some institutions may also offer PhD programs based on academic performance (like having a Master’s degree with a high score), MPhil qualifications, or through sponsored research projects. It's best to check the specific PhD admission guidelines of Maharaj Singh College to know their requirements.
