Hello,
The NET exam is a national level test organized to select candidates for assistant professor and junior research fellowship. To apply for the NET exam, you have to register online at NTA website and submit the required fees. The UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are conducted by National testing agency twice a year. The Science stream candidates can apply for CSIR NET exam while other stream candidates are eligible to apply for UGC NET exam. Hello,
Syllabus of paper 2 is vast so start with high priority topic which contains good marking weightage. For both paper 1 and paper 2 refer to the quality study materials. This will help you come to know about the type of questions asked in the exam, certain questions that are repeated in the exam consistently and about the difficulty level which you will appear for. Appear for online mock tests so that you can check out if your concepts are clear. Revise daily. Work on speed and accuracy as well. I hope the above information help to score better.

Indian Economy R. Dutt and KPM Sundaram
National Income Accounting- Bakerman
Divide the UGC NET syllabus http://bit.ly/2YrRg8V on weekly basis so that you may complete it in time, but before that prioritize which topics you need to cover first. Solve a lot of previous year test papers to get to know about the difficulty level of exam. Appear for mock test papers as well.

Hello,
While preparing for UGC NET Economics you must go for the following tips. Refer the highly recommend resources by experts. Some suggested books are as follow-
Give nearly one month to prepare for UGC NET Paper 1. Make short notes out of the books and prepare a notebook. Leave some space to add more things. A study from the notebook only. You can also make flow charts to understand things well. Solve at least recent 5 years papers and Also appear for UGC NET Mock test papers as well. Work on conceptual clarity, speed, and accuracy. I hope it helps.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in the NET Exam. As EVS is also related to zoology you can go for the UGC NET Evs. But I would like to suggest you that go for the CSIR NET Life Science Exam as it is more relevant to the subject in which you are pursuing your postgraduation.

1. First of all, collect the basic information regarding the subject like its eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, best books etc.

Yes, the minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for the UGC NET Exam is having a master's degree with 55% aggregate marks. The candidates who belong from the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Transgenders) will get the relaxations in the required percentage for the NET Exam.
There is no age limit to appear in NET Exam for Lectureship but if you are going to apply for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) then the maximum age limit is 30 years. I hope it helps.
