SSN College of Engineering (SSNCE) in Chennai gives only full-time B.E./B.Tech programs but not part-time. However, when seeking UGC-approved colleges in Chennai offering a part-time B.E., then some colleges like the Madras Institute of Technology also provides part-time B.E. courses in several specializations such as Aeronautical Engineering.

IGNOU's UGC-DEB-entitled online MA course is comparatively much affordable than other Indian universities offering the same.  All of its 12 online MA programmes have a per-semester fee of INR 3150; while the registration fee is INR 300 and examination fee for each subject is INR 200.  You can also choose Mangalayatan University that offers online MA programs at a comparatively affordable price of INR 8000 per semester.

Online MA courses from Indian institutes are mostly UGC approved. IGNOU, Amity Online, Online Manipal, and Chandigarh University are all UGC-approved. But, international universities have their separate accreditations that are globally acceptable.
