There shall be an Aptitude test of 2 hours with a total of 100 marks, with a level of 10th standard. The aptitude test will consist the following three parts:
1. PART-A General Knowledge
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
2. PART-B Mathematics
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
3. PART-C : This covered the following
a) English
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
b) Regional Language
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
Qualifying marks :-
a) Part-A+B= 10 Marks minimum. For OC, 9 for OBC and 8 for SC/ST. B) Part-C=10 Marks minimum. For OC, 9 for OBC and 8 for SC/ST. C) minimum 40 marks in Part (A+B+C) for OC, 37 for OBC and 33 for SC/ST.

If you have cleared the UID aptitude test, then it is good, and just be calm and composed. There would be GD round, and you are in for UID admission.

The admission process is going on in most of the colleges but they are likely to close this by end of August. Check the website of the respective college where you want to take admission.

Hi Shradha!
Once you clear UID Aptitude test, you will have to appear for following 2 rounds:
Round 1 (Situation Test): Students are given situations on the basis of which they have to make models. They are also given some questions in which they have to sketch and answer. Round 2 (Professional Interview): In this admission round, candidates need to appear for personal interviews wherein they need to carry their portfolios.

The new academic year generally begins in the month of July. The course fee for interior designing varies in different colleges, but for an idea, government colleges like, NIFT or NID would charge around INR 8 Lacs for a 4-year course. The private colleges would definitely have higher fees than this. Situation test is a practical based test. It doesn't relates to your specific stream, but is conducted on a basic level for every design student no matter which stream in design he/she further wishes to choose.
