Yes, you can but you should have and know the reason for your immigration. It can either study, work or family. Only on truthful basis that is with proof, you will get a visa.

Hi, admission requirements for international students are generally the same. To get into a top university, firstly you must have very good academic record. An upper first class is preferred. To apply to a MS Management programme, take the GMAT or the GRE. Additionally, you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. Apart from these, you have to apply via the individual university websites or common application portals of the countries. A very good SOP, excellent LORs, relevant projects etc. will be required.
