If you want to study the best and the latest in the world, UK is the best. All UK maters are one year programme and you will saved one year of your life. The cost will be less than Canada. You can earn your 100% fees by doing 20 hours part time per week. You do have good stay back option, provided you study well and get a job on your profile under tier2 visa.
