Hello Anuplab, USA most of the universities require GRE and TOEFL scores. There are few universities who don't require GRE scores, but they are not ranked as such. Whereas in UK, you will have to only go for IELTS exam. GRE is not required for MS. Also USA gives you OPT but UK do not have post study work visa.

UK education is ranked no.1. Also, MS from the UK would be of 1-year only. USA education is also really good. Course over there can be of 1 or 2 years. But if you wish to gain experience from that country, UK does not give you stay back option, whereas, the USA gives you a stay back.
