You can check with British Council and Commonwealth Scholarships to study in UK, check their websites for eligibility and deadlines, they have online application process. You may also consider education loan but it is doubtful banks will fund you for studies in vocational courses. Check Credila Loans.

If you want to study a Master's degree at a university in the United Kingdom, you will have to get the right documents to prove that you fit the university requirements.
