The requirements will surely vary from one university to the other. To get an admission in Bachelor's degree you must have good grades or score in 12th. UK universities accept a number of different high school qualifications, such as A-levels, International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placements. You may have to check if you can practise medicine in UK and if your certificates are valid in UK. If you wish then you can even study a year or two or more which will make it easy for you to establish a business and settle. But validation of any course that you have done is very important.

If you have the right to work in the UK which includes documents as proofs, then for apprenticeship it should work the lines of your visa.

What exactly are you planning to study at LSE? Your grades are alright. Take the IELTS you need a score of 7 and above to meet the English language requirements.
